The purpose of CCAA is to promote interest in and appreciation of fine art. We provide opportunities to meet, and network with artists of all skill levels; show paintings in galleries and other local venues; the ability to enter your work in juried shows; attend monthly demonstrations by well-known artist(do not need to be a member to attend); provide workshops, have a library of art materials available, and receive a monthly newsletter. We meet at the El Estero Park center in Monterey, on the 4th Monday of each month, except July, and December at 6:30-8:00 p.m. Go to our website for information on joining, and more information about events, workshops, etc.

We are always casting , & making new items for our store & studio.We have a large selection of ceramics to paint, we offer workshops in clay & glass fusion jewelry. There are somethings in our store that is very delicate, & we would like Parents to control their children from touching these things. Please control your children, or We will control them for their own safety in our store & studio. Our store & studio is a work place, & not a play ground. Thank you for respecting us and our store & studio spaces.

Chamber Music Monterey Bay enriches the cultural life of the community by promoting high-quality chamber music through a world-class concert series and community education programs.

The mission of Chartwell School is to diagnostically educate students with specific learning variations, including dyslexia, in a way that provides them with the academic skills, confidence, creativity and perseverance necessary to meet the challenges of mainstream education and lifelong learning.

Christine’s 35 years experience in the arts ranges from painting murals in some of America’s most beautiful homes to painting fine art oils in her own Monterey Peninsula neighborhood, and as far afield as Europe and the Fiji Islands.  She is a respected teacher who believes artists have a mission to foster the continual growth of the arts and an appreciation of beauty.
