First Friday Salinas
First Friday Salinas is a monthly tradition designed to transform Downtown into a consistent, positive space for community and culture to thrive.
Every first Friday starting at 5 PM, businesses will stay open late and welcome residents and families to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere built on local talent, connection, and city pride.

- Every First Friday of the Month
- Starting at 5:00 PM
- Location: Downtown Salinas
- Two Featured Stages: 100 block at One Main Street in front of the Stenbeck Center, and on the 300 block across from the Cherry Bean

- Local Artists & Makers: Explore pop-up galleries, live demonstrations, and unique handmade goods.
- Live Music & Performances: Enjoy the sounds of local musicians, captivating dance, and street performers.
- Extended Shopping Hours: Visit your favorite Downtown businesses and discover new gems staying open late!
- Delicious Dining & Treats: Grab a bite from local eateries, cafes, and food vendors.
- Family-Friendly Fun: Activities and entertainment for all ages!
