Arlene Krebs has worked on projects in the arts, education and technology for over 35 years. Her experience includes strategic planning, research, evaluation, funding and marketing strategies. She is a retired communications professor, where she focused on the impact of technology on culture. Arlene has served on various non-profit boards in our community, including 9 years with the Arts Council’s Board of Directors, and two years as Board President. She is a pioneer in distance learning, having begun in the early 1980s with satellite distribution of educational programs. Arlene is the author of The Distance Learning Funding $ourcebook (4th edition, 2000). and is writing her 5th book: Zen & The Art of Grant Writing – Your Guide to $uccess. Arlene is an arts lover and considers the Arts essential to one’s well-being and spirit!
