Join us for the Inaugural Block Party, a free all-day festival celebrating Monterey’s vast and vibrant arts community. Visitors will be delighted by a variety of art experiences designed for families and adults, including temporary art installations; free exhibition tours; art-making activities; artist, food and drink vendors; and live entertainment.
Join us for a night of music, dance, art themed activities, museum tours, and local art/food/beverage vendors! An evening continuation of MMA’s Block Party arts festival, the Dance Party will take over the outdoor sculpture garden amidst an art installation transformed by light.
The event, which is free and open to the public, will feature Loren Schoenberg, a faculty member at Juilliard, and Monterey Symphony Orchestra musicians.
