Join us for a day of botanical exploration on paper. Working with cuttings of local wild plants, participants will create botanical studies using pencil and color media. We will explore the shape, gesture, structure, texture, and color of our specimens to better understand and describe on paper each plant’s unique features. Learn botanical rendering techniques, terminology, tips and tricks, and gain a better appreciation for our local ecosystem through your art.
