Join violinist Tien-Hsin Cindy Wu and the musicians of Summerfest at Asilomar’s Seascape room to find out. Seascape’s stone columns, floor-to-ceiling windows, and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean provide the ideal backdrop for a musical exploration of Kismet by the sea. The afternoon’s program is highlighted by Schubert’s monumental String Quintet (in C), one of his last compositions, as temperamental and ethereal as the sea itself.
