Presenter Biography
Susan Breen is currently VP Programs, Board of Directors at the Arts Council for Monterey County. Originally from Pennsylvania, she traveled the nation and parts of Europe with her Army Officer husband and 3 children. Always managing to attach herself to her varied communities, she has served on numerous boards of non-profit organizations. Managing to actively pursue her business life, she now maintains a small business providing marketing and public consulting services to Monterey County nonprofits.
