SUMMARY:Summerfest 26 - A Cellist's Calling
DESCRIPTION:Bathed in the afternoon glow of light-filled arched windows and stained glass\, two giants of the cello world\, Tanya Tomkins and Felix Fan\, tell their tale of destiny and perform the music they came to champion. Their inspiration comes from past and future\, and the venue shares a similar arc. What started as a 19th century chapel transformed through the fierce fortitude of its namesake to a 20th and 21st century library\, research center and archive. The historic Doud House next door hosts our wine reception with the musicians in its charming backyard garden patio.
