Artists are invited to paint scenes in the charming Carmel Valley Village,
the public is invited to see artists at work Saturday 9-3pm. Saturday Art Sale 10am to 5pm
The Artist Reception/Art Sale, Saturday, 4-6pm at Cowgirl Winery, 25 Pilot Rd., corner of del Fino (across from Quail and Olive)
All proceeds benefit The Youth Arts Education of Monterey County
Judge: Murray Wagnon, MBPAPA President
Prizes: First Place $500 | Second Place $200 | Third Place $100
Schedule: June 8, 2019 | 8am-6pm
8-10am: Artists register at Cowgirl Winery (across from Quail and Olive), Carmel Valley Village
Coffee & pastries, leave art for sale, see more info below.
3pm: Artists bring paintings for judging by 3pm to Cowgirl Winery. Including form and price of painting.
3-4pm: Judging by Murray Wagnon of submitted paintings delivered to Cowgirl Winery.
4-6pm: Cowgirl Winery, 25 Pilot Rd, corner of Del Fino (across from Quail & Olive.) Invite your friends! Meet Artists, Wine and Nibbles Reception & Awards! Artist & Guest! Participating artists receive 1 complimentary wine ticket.
Entry Fee: $35 – 3 entries – max size 24”x24″, painted on Sat. June 8th. Artists may bring 3 more paintings with easels for art sale at Cowgirl, leave them at time of registration, pick up end of day
Artist Commission: 50% of Sales to Artist, sales handled by ACMC staff, paintings will be displayed for public sales.
Arts Council retains 50% for support of arts education in Monterey County.
