Schultz specializes in clay and mixed-media masks inspired by Indigenous peoples of the Americas. Her broader body of work includes Southwestern-style masks made from clay and gourds\, rawhide shields\, dolls\, serigraphs\, clay plaques\, photography\, collage\, and two-dimensional mixed media works. Schultz specializes in clay and mixed-media masks inspired by Indigenous peoples of the Americas. Her broader body of work includes Southwestern-style masks made from clay and gourds\, rawhide shields\, dolls\, serigraphs\, clay plaques\, photography\, collage\, and two-dimensional mixed media works. Her distinctive style draws upon her Indigenous ancestry\, research\, travel experiences and creative practice. Through her work\, Schultz explores the relationship between materials\, personal vision and spirit. \n“My art is an extension of my spirit\, a piece of my personal vision and a constant source of comfort and healing for me.
