The Telegraph Quartet premiered Richard Feistinger’s third string quartet\, Icarus in Flight\, a musical representation of climate change dated from 1880 to projected simulations of 2080. In 2022 the Telegraph Quartet gave the world premiere of Osvaldo Golijov’s octet\, Ever Yours\, with the St. Lawrence String Quartet. DESCRIPTION:We are proud to announce\, in collaboration with Regeneración\, Pájaro Valley Climate Action\, Pájaro en el Corazón (Pájaro in our hearts) a benefit event to raise funding for families affected by the Pájaro floods. We will have performances by Grupo Elevado (Norteño music)\, Herencia del Real USA (huapango music) and of course our own Palenke Arts Ballet Folklórico and Bilingual Chorus. We have a growing number of participants and will continue to update you with our performers and vendors for the event. \nPlease come with your familia\, bring chairs and blankets for seating. Enjoy a day out to support a great cause. Our goal is not only to raise funds for the families\, but also show our love and solidarity and bring attention to so many families that have already been forgotten by the media
