Campers will explore historic adobes\, gardens\, and surrounding natural areas while participating in activities inspired by 19th-century life\, including games\, crafts\, songs\, dances\, food traditions\, nature observation\, and interactive guided tours. \nThe program is led by California State Parks staff and sponsored by the Monterey State Historic Park Association. Los Exploradores de Monterey highlights the diverse cultures that shaped one of California’s most historically significant towns while offering an engaging\, educational summer experience. \nTwo five-day camp itineraries are offered in June and July. \nCamp A will be held June 15–19 and July 20–24.\nCamp B will be held June 22–26 and July 27–31. \nAll sessions run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $325 per session.
