SUMMARY:Free Family Fun Day - Creative Collaborations
DESCRIPTION:Spend a fun-filled afternoon at the Museum creating art inspired by our current exhibitions. Enjoy free admission to the Museum and experience our exhibitions with the whole family! This Free Family Fun Day\, practice your storytelling with a colorful comic book activity inspired by the work of Belle Yang\, create a nautical sun catcher in the shape of jellyfish inspired by Yū-gen: The Language of the Sea\, or try your hand at mixed media in a watercolor landscape collage inspired by Under the Guard Tower: The Watercolors of Chikaji Kawakami. We will also be featuring a special guest activity led by The Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) of the Monterey Peninsula!
