DESCRIPTION:Sound has been used for thousands of years because for its healing properties that target us on a physiological and spiritual level. These instruments are tuned to activate different centers and glands within the body to enhance the structures. Think of it as detox for your nervous system. You will leave feeling renewed and rested from just a short time of work. Please bring warm comfortable clothes to lie in\, as well as a mat\, blanket\, eye pillow\, and a journal. Anything that helps you remain comfortable while lying on the floor for a period of time. Advance registration is required due to limited space.
