Presenter Biography

Lynn Bentaleb

Lynn Bentaleb joined the board of the Nancy Buck Ransom Foundation in 2013 and transitioned to the Executive Director in February 2017. Previously, Lynn was a Program Officer at The Community Foundation for Monterey County for five years, where she was responsible for youth development and arts and culture grant programs.  She also managed the Girls’ Health in Girls’ Hands program and facilitated the grant making for the Tassajara and Soberanes Fire Funds. Lynn has held positions at Google, Middlebury Institute of International Studies, World Learning and Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA. Most of her nonprofit experience comes from managing international programs and youth education. She also worked with youth nonprofits in Chile and a capacity building nonprofit in Ecuador. Lynn earned her BA in Anthropology from Colby College and her MPA in Nonprofit Management from the Middlebury Institute.
