Join us at the 42nd annual Arts4MC’s Champions of the Arts™ event, where we’ll celebrate the achievements of remarkable individuals and organizations that have made an exceptional impact on the arts in our region. This ceremony will highlight the profound impact of the arts and the exceptional creativity and innovation of our community.

You’ll get to enjoy delicious food and special performances as we recognize the incredible contributions these champions have made to the arts. This meaningful celebration encourages us all to embrace our own creativity and to recognize the importance of the arts in our lives. We can’t wait to see you there!

Are you aware of an individual or organization that has left an indelible mark on the arts in our community? You have the power to recognize them as a Champion of the Arts!

The Champion of the Arts™ Award aims to acknowledge individuals or organizations who have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to supporting and promoting the arts in Monterey County.

Awardees will be honored at the Champions of the Arts™ Award Breakfast, on Friday, August 9, 2024, at the Monterey Marriott.

Nominations will be accepted through
Sunday, June 2nd, at 11:59pm!

Guidelines

Eligibility

Nominees from prior years are still eligible and can be nominated again
Nominees must currently live in Monterey County
Self-Nominations are not accepted
Champions must be present at the Award Breakfast
Past Champions are NOT eligible

All Champions will receive

Certificate of Recognition by your Monterey County District Supervisor
Two complimentary tickets to the Champions of the Arts™ Breakfast
A crystal award

Nominations are reviewed and scored by a panel of volunteers representing each of the five (5) supervisorial districts of Monterey County.
